He gained years of mud pump design, engineering and application experience while apprenticing under his grandfather, Ellis Williams, and father, Michael Williams, at the Ellis Williams Engineering Company (EWECO). Mr. Williams holds several mud pump-related patents, and he was responsible for developing the All roller bearing continuous duty internal gear quintuplex mud pump.
